We are introducing a different approach to purchasing your shopping.
From 25th March 2020, the shop will be closed to the public and we are introducing a Call & Collect system:
Temporary Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm
Either telephone 01462 675300 or email email@example.com to place an order.
- Once the products have been picked and the order is ready for collection, a member of staff will phone you to take payment details.We will have a Call & Collect station set up outside the shop – phone to let us know that you are at the shop and ready to collect your order - a member of staff will bring your order outside for you to collect the items and put them into your own shopping bags.
- If you have refills, please notify us when you are placing the order – bring the empty bottles with you, leave them at the Call & Collect station – a member of staff will refill the containers and take payment for them at this stage using card details given for the main order.
We are only delivering to those who are unable to come to the shop to collect their order.
We will closely monitor the success of this system and we would ask you to be patient with us as we try and maximise our efforts to continue to operate, whilst maintaining the safety of us all.
