Returns Policy

• In addition to your legal consumer rights, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt of the purchase for a returns authorisation.

• Once authorisation for the return has been given, please send the product back to us within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item and the postage cost for the return. The return postage cost will only be refunded up to the value of the original delivery cost for your order.

• Please ensure that any items returned are unused and are in the original packaging and include the delivery note.

• In the event that an item is broken in transit, we may request a photograph of the item rather than it being returned.

• The refund will be made to you within 7 days of the item being returned to us or photographic evidence (if requested) has been received.
