How can I return goods?

What is available on Click & Collect?

All products on the website are available for Click&Collect.  In addition, you can call the store on 01462 675300 should you wish to include any fresh organic fruit and/or vegetables in your order


Why can’t I buy chilled or frozen products

Currently we do not ship chilled or frozen items via courier, so these products are only available for local delivery or Click&Collect.


How do I qualify for free delivery?

Delivery charges apply based upon distance and value of products purchased.  See the link to our delivery details to find out how much you need to spend to qualify for free delivery.


How soon can I pick up a Click & Collect order?

We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready for collection. If any items on your order are out of stock, we will contact you to give you the option of collecting the rest of the order whilst we order in those items not in stock.


Can I purchase refills on line?

The refill process requires you to bring your empty container in store to refill, so you’ll have to come and visit us.


Can I use in store discounts on-line, eg LALG?

These are not available for use on line. When you sign up to the website you will be emailed a 10% discount code to use on your first order.


Can I order alcohol on line?

You can only order alcohol on line if you chose Click & Collect or your delivery address is within the local van delivery area. This restriction is so that we can verify proof of age for purchasing alcohol.


Do you have a loyalty card?

Yes we do. This is only available for use in store and can not be used when you make an online purchase, unless you have chosen the ‘Click & Collect’ option. When you collect a ‘Click & Collect’ order, ask for your card to be stamped.

Each time you shop in store, you will receive 1 stamp on your loyalty card irrespective of the amount spent. When you present a completed card (6 stamps) you will receive a 10% discount on the 7th shop.

Loyalty cards can be picked up in store.


Do you take American Express?

Yes we do.


What do you refill in store?

We currently refill shampoos, conditioners, hand wash, body wash, washing up liquid, laundry liquid, fabric conditioners, bathroom cleaner, glass & mirror cleaner, multi-surface sanitiser and all purpose cleaner.


Do you sell produce in bulk and can I order on line?

Bulk sizes are not listed on line. We can order in sacks of flakes and boxes of fruit or nuts. Please ask for details and prices or call on 01462 675300. We can add these items to your local van delivery or click and collect orders. Payment for bulk items will be taken separate to the on-line payments.


Can I use LALG discount on refills?

Yes you can. The LALG discount will be applied to the refill price, but only available in store.
