Gluten free white bread, made with millet & quinoa
This soft, tasty bread has been baked using sourdough, millet and quinoa, delivering a high quality, nutritious loaf. This loaf is also high in fibre and contains no artificial preservatives.
Ingredients:
maize starch , water , sourdough (rice flour, water) 16% , rice starch , vegetable fibre (psyllium) , rice syrup , sunflower oil , soya protein , millet flour 1,9% , thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ; quinoa flour 1,3% , potato fibre , bamboo fibre , yeast 1% , honey , iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide) . May contain lupine and mustard. LACTOSE-FREE. WHEAT-FREE.
