Barbera ‘Titouan’ DOC,

Behind this 100% Barbera is Henry Finzi-Constantine, a student of anthropology and the works of Rudolf Steiner (biodynamics) and more recently the introduction of heavy horses in the vineyards of which this wine is named after. On the nose you’ll find wild dark berries and cherries, the palate is warm, soft, round and balanced, simply delicious! Drinking well now but would be great if you can stash a few bottles away in the cellar.
