A seasoning made by blending the naturally fermented extract from steamed rice with syrup and other ingredients. Adds a gentle sweetness to dishes such as grilled foods. A great seasoning for sushi rice and sauces.

Glucose Syrup, Water, Fermented Rice, Sugar, Alcohol Vinegar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Cane Molasses.
