Our own unique recipe mincemeat has a massive 82% fruit & nut content; and a fat content of under 4% per 100g. Gluten, wheat, dairy & egg free. Vegan.

Ingredients: Mincemeat : sultanas, sugar, raisins, apple, fresh grated carrot, dates, mixed citrus peel, currants, glace cherries, vegetable suet, brandy, cider, sherry, almonds, walnuts, mixed spice, lemon juice, cinnamon, acidity regulator: acetic acid, plain caramel, orange rind oil, lemon rind oil. glace cherries contains ( cherries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: anthocyanin) mixed citrus peel contains (orange & lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid). vegetable suet contains (sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, rice flour).
