Tempeh is a traditional fermented food made from soya. It can be can be fried, steamed or baked and has a delicious savoury flavour. This flavour comes with delicious arame and hijiki sea vegetables, tamari and lemon juice. It is high in protein and naturally gluten and dairy free.
