Juniper Green Organic Sloe Gin

Made with Juniper Green Organic Gin, and certified organic Romanian sloes. Immersed in the gin, the sloes gradually absorb the alcohol while the gin takes on their natural colour and flavour. This produces a sloe gin with ripe, fresh aromas of stone fruits and a hint of underlying juniper. In the mouth there is a rich flavour with mellow juniper and fresh citrus accompanied by a balanced dryness. Note – the sloes come from Romania as there are no blackthorn bushes (on which the sloes grow) in the UK which are certified free of either fertiliser drain-off or wind-drift crop spray.
