Ingredients:
gingerbread wheat flour (wheat fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), sugar, margarine (vegetable oil, (rapeseed and palm oil (rspo sourced) in various proportions), water, salt, emulsifier (polyglycerol of ester of fatty acids), colours, (curcumin, annatto, flavouring), ground ginger (1%), partially inverted syrup, bicarbonate soda, milk chocolate flavoured coating: sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel, palm oil), (rspo sourced) whey powder (from milk) and lactose and proteins from whey (from milk), cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soya lecithin (soya), polyglycerol polyricinoleate, natural flavouring. sugar paste sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant vegetable glycerine, colours: anthocyanins, carotenes, emulsifiers: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulator; citric acid, stabilisers; tragacanth gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural flavouring. fondant icing sugar, glucose syrup, water
