A mix of Oyster, Shiitake & Porcini Mushrooms which have been simply dried to provide a quick and easy ingredient addition to many recipes. These mixed mushrooms have an intense savoury flavour which works perfectly in stir-fries, soups and pastas. Simply dried, Perfect in Risottos, Stocks & Soups, Low in saturated fat, Low in fat.
