Cereal and gluten free this Paleo granola is full of nuts- Pecans, Cashews, Brazils plus pumpkin seeds , all bound together with apple and a mild ginger warmth.
The granola has some maple syrup at around 8% just to give it that slight hint of indulgence and compliment the apple, nuts and seeds
Eat it as an energy snack, with dairy or nut milk, add it to salads, deserts or whizz it up with a smoothie.
