Traditional recipe which has been used for generations at Shaws! Very tangy and crunchy - Proper Piccalilli! Great Taste Award Winner

Ingredients: Cauliflower (with salt) (21%)(sulphites), water, sugar, distilled malt vinegar (from barley), gherkins (10%), silverskin onions (10%)(sulphites), wholegrain mustard (with white wine vinegar)(7%), red pepper, cornflour, mustard flour, ginger puree, spices.
