Vine fruits soaked in Cider and gently baked for a rich fruity teatime treat. A gluten free, dairy free version of a traditional rich fruit cake.
Dairy-Free - Gluten-Free - Wheat-Free
Ingredients:
Fruit (47%) (sultanas, mixed citrus peel, glace cherries), gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize & buckwheat), 100% vegetable non-hydrogenated margarine, brown sugar, eggs, irish cider (4%), mixed spices, orange rind oil, lemon rind oil, concentrated grape juice, raising agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), stabiliser: xanthan gum.
Margarine contains: vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm-from sustainable sources), water, salt, emulsifier (E475), natural colours (annatto bixin, curcumin), natural flavouring.
Mixed citrus peel contains: Orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Glace cherries contain: cherries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour:anthocyanin.
Mixed spice contains: Coriander, cloves, ginger, cinnamon
