Deliciously citrusy..... our whiskey infused traditional Irish fruitcake with a cead mile failte in every bite.

Ingredients: Fruit 45% (Sultanas, mixed citrus peel, glace cherries), Wheat Flour (Gluten), 100% vegetable non-hydrogenated margarine, Sugar, Eggs, Whiskey (2%), Orange rind oil, Lemon rind oil, Raising agents (Acid calcium Phosphate, Sodium AcidPyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate) Margarine contains: Vegetable oils (sustainable palm oil, rapeseed oil), water, salt, emulsifier E475, Flavouring, Colours (E100, E160b) Natural Colours (curcumin, annatto),Natural Flavouring.
