This rich fruity brown sauce is an absolute classic, made using Julie's (our Technical Manager) secret recipe, this thick sauce has a tangy but smoky flavour, and a real 'home made' feel. Try it on bacon butties, sausage sandwiches, or a full-on fry up. Please note that we have amended this recipe to remove Wine Vinegar and replace it with Spirit Vinegar.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Tomato Puree, Black Treacle, Apples, Barley Malt Vinegar, Sultanas,
Spirit Vinegar, Oranges, Citrus Fibre, Sea Salt, Tamarind Concentrate, Lemon
Juice Concentrate, Spices (Onion Powder, Chilli Powder, Ground Cinnamon,
Ground Ginger, Ground Cloves)
