Butter based steamed fruit pudding. Dried fruit soaked in cider and brandy and mixed with our own bread crumb and steamed for 5 hours. A Christmas necessity!

Ingredients: Raisins, sultanas, butter (milk), irish cider, gluten free flour (rice, potato, maize, buckwheat, tapioca), brown sugar, glace cherries, mixed citrus peel, eggs, milk, brandy, dates, golden syrup, treacle, mixed spice, orange rind oil, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), stabiliser: xanthan gum. glace cherries contain: (cherries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: anthocyanin. mixed citrus peel contain: (orange & lemon peel, glucose --- fructose syrup. acidity regulator: citric acid.
